Returns Policy Legal Notice

At Aussie Vital Fuel, we take product quality, safety and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of our products, including meal replacement powders and other consumable nutrition products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

By purchasing from Aussie Vital Fuel, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Consumable food products cannot be returned once purchased due to health, hygiene and safety requirements.

  • We do not accept returns where you have changed your mind, selected the incorrect product or flavour, purchased the wrong item, or no longer require the product.

  • Opened, used, damaged through customer handling, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order at:

You may be required to provide details including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Each claim will be assessed individually, and where required, Aussie Vital Fuel will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights, guarantees or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Where a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.

Our refusal of returns applies only to change-of-mind purchases and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law or where Aussie Vital Fuel has approved a refund following assessment of an eligible claim.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
