How It Works

One serve is 80–88 g depending on the flavour, or two scoops. Add it to 500 mL or so of water or milk of your choice, shake well, and you have a convenient meal replacement ready to go. Everyone is different — getting the consistency you like may mean a little more or less liquid. Each bag contains 15 serves.

What is Vital Fuel?

Vital Fuel is a plant-based meal replacement made for the times when sitting down to make a full meal just isn’t practical. Each serve combines protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals in one quick shake.

It’s not just a protein shake, snack or supplement. It’s made to replace a meal when you’re short on time — whether that’s before work, between jobs, after training or whenever cooking isn’t happening.

Three kinds of day

When to use it

Three points in a week where a proper meal usually loses to whatever is quickest. These are the ones it was built for.

The meeting ran long and the good place has shut. Sixty seconds at the sink, and the afternoon does not run on coffee alone.

Protein and carbohydrate together, which is what recovery actually asks for. Made in the car park, not two hours later at home.

How do I make it?

Add two flat scoops to 500 mL, or so, of water or milk of your choice and shake well for around 60 seconds. Using milk instead of water will change the calories and nutritional values depending on the milk you choose. Remember the consistency is up to you.

Will one shake actually hold me until dinner?

That is what the protein and 10 g of fibre are for. A serve is built to sit where a meal sits, not where a snack does.

How many can I have in one day?

Vital Fuel is designed to replace a meal when you need the convenience, while still being enjoyed as part of a varied and balanced diet. If you’re planning to replace multiple meals each day or follow a structured meal-replacement plan, we recommend speaking with a dietitian or other qualified health professional.

Is it vegan? What about allergens?

Vital Fuel is plant-based. It may contain milk, fish, gluten, soy, sulphites, almond, Brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pistachio and walnut due to manufacturing cross-contact.

How should I store it?

Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 weeks of opening. Unopened, Vital Fuel has an 18-month shelf life from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.

When will it arrive?

Orders placed during business hours are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Tracking is sent by email once your order is on the way.
