Is Aussie Vital Fuel really a full meal?
Yes. Aussie Vital Fuel is designed as a complete meal replacement, providing protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and essential vitamins and minerals in every serve. It's a convenient alternative when you don't have time to prepare a meal or don't want to settle for an unhealthy option.
How do I make it?
Two level scoops into 500 mL or more of water or milk, shake well or stick blend, and it is ready in about sixty seconds. Make it to your consistency — you know you!
How many meals are in a bag?
Fifteen meals per bag. Chocolate is a 1320 g bag at an 88 g serve; Vanilla and Salted Caramel are 1200 g bags at an 80 g serve.
Is it vegan, and what about allergens?
Aussie Vital Fuel is plant-based. May contain milk, fish, gluten, soy, sulphites, almond, Brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pistachio and walnut.
Can I replace every meal with it?
Vital Fuel is designed to replace a meal when you need it, but we recommend keeping a varied diet rather than replacing every meal. Speaking to a nutritionist, dietician or your GP is always a good idea too.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed during business hours are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Tracking is sent by email once your order is on the way.
What if I don't like it?

As a small business, every order means a lot to us and we want you to love your purchase, but for hygiene and food-safety reasons, meal replacement powders cannot be returned or exchanged. If it’s just not your flavour, texture or vibe, we suggest passing it on to a mate — because nothing says “I care about you” quite like gifting them your unwanted breakfast!
